Return Policy

Please request your return at rozstore.co@gmail.com.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your full name and order number as well as the reason for your return. Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with return information and address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is damaged, we will provide you with a shipping label.

Please note, we will not accept any returns that have not been approved by rozstore.co@gmail.com.

Once we receive your return item and review, we will process your refund within 7 days.

If you send the item back to the warehouse address on the shipped package, your return will not be processed.
